If you have been directed to this page due to an IP Infringement in Esty please make sure to read below.
You have one or more than one design of mine in your shop for which you did not buy my Commercial License. If you do not want me to report any other of my designs please make sure to purchase the License.
If you decided not to buy the Commercial License just make sure to bring down any artwork that is mine so I do not have to proceed with any more ip report in the next 12 hours.
BTW Sorry for the report but i do not have an etsy account and have no way to contact you.

License Terms
By purchasing a design from Mouse Magic Shop you accept the License Terms and Terms of Use. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.
This purchase is for PERSONAL USE ONLY!
If you are interested in using this for COMMERCIAL USE, please purchase the license for that. It can be found here:
Commercial Use:
You may use our designs for personal use. . Commercial use is limited to 200 physical items that are produced in-house. This means you may create and sell up to 200 products per design. The 200 item limit cannot be exceeded by purchasing a file more than once.
If you purchase a design that includes words you are responsible for checking trademarks in the category you are selling in. We are not liable for trademark violations or damages that result from illegal or improper use of our designs.
Prohibited Use of our Designs:
• You may not sell, re-distribute or share a digital version of our designs even if changes are applied
• You may not use our designs with or on print-on-demand services
• You may not digitize and re-sell our designs as embroidery files
• You may not create digital printables with our designs
• You may not print designs as transfers to sell them. Transfers can only be sold on a finished physical product
• You may not upload our designs on file sharing websites
• You may not use our product photos and watermarked images to promote or sell your own product
• You may not display our designs on websites without properly watermarking the image to protect it from being copied
• You may not use our designs as part of a logo, trademark or service mark
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our designs strictly in accordance with these Terms and Terms of Use. As a condition of your use of our designs, you warrant to MouseMagicShop that you will not use our designs for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless MouseMagicShop, its members, employees and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including attorney’s fees) relating to or arising out of your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations.
MouseMagicShop reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which our designs and services are offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. MouseMagicShop encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.

This item is not a licensed product and I do not claim ownership over the logos used in my designs. When purchasing this item please note that you are only paying for my time to create the file.***
